ECOndo as the only project in the whole area is classified as an energy-efficient project. 
Beside passive design that will save the bills for a long run, 

- recycling system 

- rainwater system 

- natural ventilation system 

- energy-efficient appliances and a lot of common space, unique features that won't find in any other projects like herbal room, health cafe, and health service. 

The inspiration for the design was taken from a Singaporian green/eco culture where people do not think that building should fulfill only one function - living area. 
It was well designed to comply with world-class standards to Maximize the use of Natural Sources of Heat, Cooling, Ventilation to create comfortable conditions inside a building that help saving up to 40% of energy costs.
